Joe O'Hara
Since opening the club in 2012, Joe has trained thousands of athletes from all over the world. When not working with clients at the club, Joe oversees School Programs and Camps and is always looking to connect with more schools and teams.
Dan Colleluori
AAAI Certified Trainer running sessions for us since 2013. Dan has also worked as the Head Fitness Coach at our JKCP Haverford College Camp and Lines Camp as well working with our top ranked athletes at our club and various schools we have teamed up with.
Caraleigh Moore
Caraleigh has been a certified yoga instructor since 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dance as well as a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Caraleigh has taught classes to people with all levels of experience and adjusts the class structure to fit the needs of the participants. Her classes incorporate strength, balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and releasing muscle tension in the body. She emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection in her sessions to promote both physical and mental wellbeing.
Abby Gannon
Hi I am Abby! I have been lifting and running for the past 5 years. I am a 9x varsity athlete and 4x Captain of girls track at Lower Merion High School. I am also certified as a lifeguard and have been giving swimming lessons for the past 3 years.
Will House
My name is William House. I recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. I have been an athlete for the better part of 15 years and have trained under Joe O'Hara for 3 of those years. I have been training/coaching fellow athletes for the last 3 years. I take pride in the work that I do and to be able to provide the best training possible for others.
Josh Ridenhour
Being a lifelong athlete, athletics have always been a passion of mine. I played soccer at Skidmore College and was a four year starter, playing centre back. I also attended The Haverford School (Class of '17) and played basketball and ran track as well. As an ISSA certified trainer, I have experience both in one-on-one personal training and group training as well.
