At Home Dumbbell workout #3

Today is going to be a FAST paced workout that will keep the heart pounding. Rest time should be no more than 30 seconds.


Warm Up

50 Squats

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Sit Ups

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Push Ups

x2


Dumbbell Clean and Press (Right Arm)

2 Arm Dumbbell Rows

Dumbbell Clean and Press (Left Arm)

Weighted Russian Twist

4 x 15


Dumbbell Deadlift

Goblet Squat

Goblet Lunge

3x15


Weight Sit Ups

Weight over head Leg Raises

Flutter Kick while dumbbell benching on the floor

5x15
