FAST At Home Volleyball Training

Need something FAST with no equipment to keep you going. Try this Volleyball AT HOME workout and increase your speed, jumping, and strength.


1: Warm Up

A: Shoulder Tap

B: Toe Tap

C: Jumping Jacks

4x20 (that's 20 per side for the taps)


2: Big set for time

A: Push Ups x 15

B: SPEED Knee Driving Lunges (when going up on the lunge drive the back leg up fast and pull it up into your chest) x10 per leg

C: Mountain Climbers x15 per leg

D: Jump Squats x 20

As Many Rounds As Possible for 15 minutes


3: Abs and Conditioning

A: Pogo's x 30

B: Bicycles x 20 per side

C: High Knees x 20 per side

D: Leg Raises x 20

E: Flutter Kicks x 30 per side

F: V Ups x 20

x 4 rounds
