I'm a big fan of grip attachments and cable attachments, but they don't always line up right with a cable machine...Until now!
The Yueyin Adjustable Cable Attachment just came in today and I'm already obsessed. I can't get over how well this piece of equipment is designed, especially for the price. This is going to be such a game changer for BACK DAY! Small and light enough to fit in a gym bag, yet sturdy enough to handle a HEAVY set of Lat Pulldowns or seated rows. I can't wait to start getting creative with all the possible movements with this guy.
