This whole workout will be designed around having ZERO traditional weights. Barbells, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells can be all kept in the weight room. The purpose of this workout is to give Track Athletes a way of training on the track.
No Warm Up: Begin this workout post a running routine
Double Squat Box Jump
3x10
*Squat 2x before jumping, during the 2nd squat you will hit a full depth squat and then explode up into a jump and land on the box
HEAVY Sled Drag for 20 meters
10 lunges per leg
10 push ups
REPEAT for a total of 100 meters (5 rounds)
30 mountain climbers per leg
1 minute of Wall sits with Calf Raises
1 minute plank
x4 rounds
Leg Raises
Bicycles
Sit Ups
3x20
Side Plank Right 30 seconds
Side Plank Left 30 seconds
Spring 100m
