Tennis Fit #4 Hit the Abs and Chest FAST!

Today's workout won't take you long, but it will get you a solid workout while boosting your conditioning levels.


EMOM (every minute on the minute)

10 Push Ups

10 Sit Ups

10 Jumping Jacks

for 12 minutes


So every minute you will do 10reps of all 3 exercises followed by a short rest (rest time depends on how fast you get through the 3 exercises. If it takes you 40 seconds, you get a 20 second rest. If it takes you 55 seconds, you will be back on in 5.


Just MOVE FAST and keep pushing yourself.
