Tennis Fit #5 Legs and Shoulders

Two main areas to train in Tennis are the Legs and Shoulders. Being able to drive the power from the legs and into the Shoulders/Arms will provide you with the explosive strength needed to dominate the court. In addition, you will also want to utilize your time in the gym to build up your cardio and muscle conditioning. A lot of athletes will just RUN in order to build their conditioning, but we want you to stay strong through the muscles throughout the match and/or a full weekend long tournament. Pushing yourself in the weight room will guarantee a FULLY ENERGIZED tennis game.
