Throwers NO EQUIPMENT Post Practice Workout

With Winter Track about to start, Throwers will need to take advantage of the long/cold season and really boost their Speed and Strength levels for SPRING TRACK. Below is a quick post practice routine you can do to wrap up the day.


15 MINUTES - NO REST


Push Ups x 20

Squats x 20

Sit Ups x 20

100m sprint


REPEAT FOR 15 MINUTES STRAIGHT


The rest time should be as close to ZERO as possible for this routine. Your goal is to not only build your speed but train your body to keep pushing.
