Week 2 of highlighting 1 piece of equipment a week just wrapped up with our Cambered Bar. In the past, we used this bar mostly for Deficit Deadlifts and Bench Press but this week we added rows, shoulder press, curls, and more to the routine. The 2 lifts that shocked me the most were how good Behind The Neck Press felt and how great this bar hits the biceps during curls. I still find it slightly awkward to deficit deadlift with but that's only at lockout where the curved section just doesn't have a good place to go (I tend to angle it out so the bar isn't jamming into the stomach).
Haven't decided which piece of equipment we will be going after next but overall, this was a pretty solid week for the bar.
